	Restaurants (In course of Updating)	There are a number of highly recommended restaurants in Padstow and Rock as well as the surrounding area – they offer a wide range of cuisines and cover an equally wide price range.
	Activities (In course of Updating)	There is always plenty to do around Padstow, this information sheet gives details of a few of the more organised activities (some seasonal). For some activities temporary membership will be required and, whenever possible, we recommend that advanced booking is made.
