Lettings run from Friday (4pm) to the following Friday (9.30am)
Bookings for 2 weeks will be accepted and again start and finish on a Friday
Short breaks are only available in Season 1, are for a minimum of 3 days and must start or end on a Friday. Bookings will NOT be accepted prior to 28 days to the start date of the letting.
Lettings
start at 4pm on day of arrival and
end at 9.30am on day of departure. These times allow for the cottage to be deep cleaned and sanitised. We reserve the right to change these times if additional cleaning should be required.
A deposit of 25% of the
full rent is required to secure the booking;
the balance must be paid no later than 8
weeks before the start of the holiday.
If, when booking, the rent is paid in
FULL (and provided there
is six months or more before
the start of the holiday), 2.5% may be deducted
from the total rent. (Once a booking is
made by payment of a deposit, then this
offer is no longer available)
One well behaved dog (sorry - no puppies) allowed at an additional
cost of £40 per let – please
see booking conditions.
A
security cheque of £100 (£140 if dog included) will
be required – please
see booking conditions.
As
Bedroom 3 is accessed through Bedroom
2, only family groups can be accommodated
if both Bedrooms 2 and 3 are to
be used.
Electricity,
gas, Wi-Fi Broadband and all telephone calls fully included with the exception of
outgoing international and premium rates calls
Coal and kindling
in winter and barbecue
gas in summer are provided.
Bed linen and towels
are included (please
provide your own beach towels).
Tea towels, cleaning materials, toilet rolls, etc. are provided - see our Provisions List for full details.

A provisional booking may be made; if the deposit
AND completed booking form are not received within
7 days the provisional booking will be cancelled.
Please complete the Booking
Form– which can be downloaded with
the Conditions
of Booking - and return it to Gill with
the 25% deposit. If your holiday is due to start
within 8 weeks of the booking the full amount should be sent with the booking form.
If the rent is paid in FULL
at the time of booking, and at least 6
calendar months in advance of the commencement
of your holiday, you may deduct
2.5% from the total rent.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Ellerys’.
(Any bookings from outside the UK must be paid
by either a cheque drawn from a UK bank or by
sterling draft.)
Upon receipt of your deposit and booking form,
confirmation of the booking will be sent to you
together with further information about your stay
at Ellerys and Padstow. Please note that
the deposit AND booking form must be received
before your reservation can be confirmed.
The balance of your rent must be received no
later than 8 weeks before your
holiday starts. If the balance of the rent is
not paid in full by the due date the booking will
be cancelled. The onus is on you to pay the balance
of the rent.
A separate security cheque of £100 (dated
for the start of your holiday) should be sent
with your final payment. If your
booking includes a dog, a further £40
must be added to the security cheque (i.e. £140).
The cottage will be checked both before and immediately
after your stay and, if all is in order, the security
cheque will be DESTROYED.
Keys to Ellerys will be issued one week prior
to the start of your holiday.
